Physical Sex Appeal
There are some very lucky, lucky people out
there that no matter how much they eat or what they eat
they don’t put on weight. But for the millions of unlucky
people out there like myself, I have to watch what I eat
exercise intensely and still it’s a struggle to keep my
weight to a minimum. Intense exercise including playing
sport, hour long jogs at abnormal hours in the morning,
gruelling weight training and hours of swimming weekly.
But I must say other than the keeping the weight down with the
intense exercise/training it does manage to keep me looking
younger and fitter and improves my Physical Sex Appeal. No
flabby tuckshop arms for me. No wearing pants up under my boobs
to keep the layer of fat from hanging over the waist band. And
I must say with my smooth, toned legs are sexy enough to keep
turning heads and when I put on a bikini, there’s just no
better feeling knowing that you earned the way your body looks
from all that exercise.
There are so many benefits of exercise and proper eating.
1. It helps loose and maintain without expensive fad diets or
no eating at all.
2. Exercise is good no matter how old you are. Even playing
lawn bowls is an excellent way to exercise.
3. It can help improve the health of your heart and diabetes.
If you were to ever have a heart attack you would be more
likely to survive if you do regular exercise or walking.
4. Exercise such as walking or jogging releases endorphins
which help alleviate depression.
5. Exercise is also a great time to step away from problems,
think more clearly and come up with solutions.
6. Walking is an excellent way to spend time with your lover or
beloved dog.
7. Loosing weight or toning your muscles makes a big difference
in how you carry yourself in public.
8. And also a healthy, strong and toned body will make you more
comfortable in getting naked and making love with your partner
or lover.
Your exercise shouldn’t take over your life and it should be an
enjoyable activity for you to endure with your partner, friends
or flying solo. An hour of exercise daily is achievable and
shouldn’t interrupt with anybodies busy life schedule. And
really what is more important than you health?
And for that additional sex appeal, why not add in an extra
30-40 minutes a day to start lifting weights or a specialised
weight routine to tone those muscles and keep you body strong
and attractive as you sail your way into old age. Besides
lifting weights actually increases you metabolisms which helps
you loose weight with eating the same amounts as you were
previously.
Such a big part of physical attraction and sex appeal is the
way we carry our bodies and how we look at ourselves in the
mirror. So there is no other day better than today to start
exercising today to attract that special someone or even to
make ourselves feel better about ourselves. Like a wise person
once said to me “If you sit down, you’ll freeze up.”
So don’t sit down, get out there and lift your sex appeal!
