Valentines Day Love
Valentines Day Love
Valentine’s Day; a Hallmark holiday! Made up by the many companies to make more money! This is the thought of many men and women of the world. It’s the annual holiday to make anyone run and hide.
For men in a relationship it’s the dread of forking out a fortune on lavish gifts, flowers (that will die in a few days) and chocolates (that once eaten their partner will resent them for trying to make them fat). For men not in a relationship it provides the horrible reminder that they will be spending what is meant to be a celebration of love……alone!
For women it’s pretty much the same. In a relationship? What the hell do you buy a man without looking like an idiot, because you really can’t buy him sexy lingerie or big bouquets of flowers now can you? So you stress out what buy or do for him. And in the end possible ruin Valentines Day. And for those women not in a relationship sparks the undeniable spiral of “What is so bad about me that I have to spend Valentines Day by myself with no-one to love me?”
The bottom line is Valentines Day SUCKS!!!!
But there is an up side to this story. If you’re single then u can make this day better. If you don’t want to spend this day alone then there are a few places you can go to meet people so you don’t have to be alone on this particular day.
Firstly, Bars & Clubs. Usually there is some sort of event going on at any bar or club on days such as these to draw people in. And it’s usually the people who are looking for love who end up there. So I can almost guarantee that they are all looking for someone to spend the rest of their night with.
Secondly, Online Dating. This one you might need to think about before the date, but still effective. Online dating has boomed into everyone’s life and all the single people will be on there trying to find someone to love. So all you have to do is try and set up a date with someone you are interested in on Valentines Day, and there you go. You won’t be alone and neither will they. It’s a perfect idea.
And lastly but not least, host an Anti-Valentines Day party. Tell all your friends about it and encourage them to bring every single person they know. That way there will be plenty of people to choose from and also plenty for the other people looking for someone to spend the night with. What's great is this, having a party creates a fun atmosphere where it makes it easy to meet women and approach them. Since you're hosting the party, you'll be in the spotlight and will stand out from the crowd.
Valentines Day can be one of the saddest and frustrating holidays of the year. But instead of ignoring it and going insane, take a chance and look for someone to spend it with that way you don’t have to go through it every year. And make this year different!
